How to make Christmas cookies
1.
Butter is cut into small pieces in advance, softened at room temperature, and then sent away.
2.
Add powdered sugar, stir with the egg beater's egg beater (no need to plug in the electricity), and let the powdered sugar and butter mix together, so that the powdered sugar will not fly around during the beating process, and electric egg beater will start beating at low speed first.
3.
After the powdered sugar and butter are mixed, stir at medium speed until the volume becomes large and the color turns white (this process takes about 2 to 3 minutes).
4.
Add the egg mixture in three times, stirring each time until the egg mixture is completely blended with the butter.
5.
Sift in low-gluten flour once.
6.
Stir with scraper, knead into dough, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7.
When refrigerating, just make a protein cream. Put the protein into a container, which must be oil-free and water-free. Add a few drops of lemon juice and send it to a rough bubble.
8.
Sift the powdered sugar into the egg white for three times, and stir the powdered sugar and the egg white evenly with an egg beater each time.
9.
As long as the dripping lines are not easy to flatten.
10.
Divide the prepared custard into two parts, leave 1 part white, add matcha powder to one part (maybe I added too much matcha powder, which was a little unsuccessful) and cut a small mouth of 2mm at the exit, never cut it too big.
1 1.
Take out the frozen biscuit dough, put a piece of oil paper on the chopping board, put the dough on the oil paper, cover the surface with a layer of plastic wrap, and roll it to a thickness of about 3 mm to 5 mm. After rolling, carve your favorite shape with a biscuit mold.
12.
Preheat the oven at 180℃ in advance, put the prepared biscuits in the baking tray, leaving a gap between the biscuits to make them heated more evenly and prevent the baked biscuits from sticking together, then put them in the oven and fire them up and down for 8 to 12 minutes at the middle layer (or see that the biscuits are all colored).
13.
Start decorating! Take a biscuit, come up with a decorative pattern, paint it, and put it in a ventilated place to dry thoroughly.
