How to make the meatballs:
1. Wash the onion and cut it into slices, wash and drain the string beans, and cut them into segments;
2. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, and cut them into cubes;
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add the beef meatballs, and sauté them for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and onion slices and sauté until fragrant;
5. Add curry powder and stir-fry well, then add water and cook until boiling;
6. Add potatoes and carrots into the pot and cook until soft;
7. Put the beef meatballs into baking dish and drizzle with the cooking broth on top of the meatballs;
8. Put them into the oven and bake them for 3 to 5 minutes, and then serve them.
