Practice of drunken crab with yellow rice wine and ginger sugar
1. I washed it with a male and a female hairy crab. I was afraid it would pinch my finger, so I broke it in half with its big pliers, hehe.
2. Prepare yellow wine or carved wine (cooking wine is not allowed), pure water, ginger and brown sugar.
3. Put the cleaned hairy crabs into the pot, preferably a casserole (my casserole is broken, please use it first! )。 Then put the yellow wine into the pot and let the hairy crabs get drunk first! It takes more than 30 minutes.
After 4.30 minutes, the hairy crab was drunk! Add brown sugar, shredded ginger and purified water.
5. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil.
6. After boiling, simmer for 30-60 minutes, and then take out the pot.
