Calendar year average temperature is 12 ℃, the lowest temperature is -19 ℃, the highest temperature of 39.7 ℃, the average annual relative humidity of 71%, the average annual precipitation of 695.6 mm, the rainy season began on June 29th, and finally ended on September 4th, the first frost date for October 27th, the final frost date for March 30th, the frost-free period of 209 days, the average annual wind speed of 4.1 m / s, the wind force of 3 to 4, the annual wind direction of the most Southeast wind, followed by northwest wind. The annual evaporation is 2,000 mm, which belongs to warm temperate climate. The central production area has abundant water sources, with three rivers, namely Jiaohe, Huilonghe and Huangjiahe, as well as Hongqi Reservoir and Huangjiahe Reservoir for irrigation of farmland.
