Material assembly drawing:
1. Peel potatoes and cut them into hob blocks. Soak dried seaweed in warm water in advance. Wash cucumber and cut into hob blocks.
2. Put the lard in a wok, stir-fry the drained seaweed with low heat when it is 30% hot, then stir-fry the cucumber and potato pieces with medium heat, and stir-fry with white sugar.
3. Continue to stir fry with medium heat for half a minute until the outside of the melon and potato pieces is brown, then add a bowl of cold water. If the water soaked in dried seaweed is clean, add it together, and the amount of water should not exceed 1/2 of the material.
4. Cover and simmer until the water content is reduced by half. Open the lid, add salt and white pepper and mix well. Continue to cover and simmer until the water is dry. Turn the heat down and continue to stir fry for half a minute.
