4. Eel species should be transported with water, and the transportation time should be short to avoid high transportation. Specification and time of stocking: Eel varieties should be healthy, neat, smooth and free from diseases and injuries. It can be stocked all year round, but the survival rate of the cultured animals stocked before May and after August is higher, and the survival rate of the cultured animals stocked in June-July is relatively lower.
Stock 30-40 pieces/kg before May and 20-30 pieces/kg after August. Stocking density: the stocking amount is generally about 2kg/ m2, and the highest is 5-6kg/ m2. The specifications of the same cage should be as neat as possible to avoid cannibalism of the same kind.
