Practice
1) remove the head of the black chicken, remove the viscera and inside and outside with water Wash and chop into large pieces. Peel the ginger and cut large pieces.
2) Put the soup ingredients (jujube, lotus seed, Job's tear grains, lily of the valley, goji berries, Chinese yam, Codonopsis pilosula, Szechuan sand nuts and lentils) into a large bowl, pour in water to soak for 2 minutes, pour off the water, rinse with water twice repeatedly, drain and set aside.
