Raw materials:
2 bottles of corn kernels, cucumbers, carrots, raisins and pine nuts.
Production method:
1. First change the carrot into a knife and cut it into cubes smaller than corn kernels. Then cut the cucumber into cubes. Open the corn jar with a thicker knife. Be careful not to cut your hand when opening the bottle, and then control the water inside for later use.
2. Start a fire below. Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add corn kernels and blanch. When the water boils again, add diced carrots and cucumbers. Boil for about 10 second, and then pour out the water for later use.
3, wash the pot on fire, add a little base oil to fry pine nuts, and then pour out the oil control. Leave a little base oil in the pot, add the soaked corn kernels, then stir well, add 20 grams of sugar, and add more if you like sweeter.
4. Stir the white sugar evenly, then add the raisins and stir well. After the sugar melts, add corn starch and water to thicken. Stir fry quickly and evenly, and finally sprinkle with fried pine nuts.
