How to make: 1. When buying a snake, please ask the seller to slaughter the meat and cook the snake bone soup (see the experience section of this article for the method). Cook the snake meat, fish it out and cool it, shred it, and cook it in the snake bone soup for one hour.
2. Chicken, lean meat, fish belly, mushrooms, fungus and ginger are all shredded, and dried tangerine peel is soaked and scraped.
3. Boil soup, add chicken and other ingredients, cook for 1 hour, take out, add snake soup and snake meat, 15 minutes.
4. After the snake soup is seasoned, stir with the old sauce until golden brown. Add water to the raw powder to push the clams, and add pepper, shredded lemon leaves, cooked oil, sesame oil, crispy, chrysanthemum and coriander.
Note: Snake soup is made by soaking snake bones in water, then boiling a proper amount of water, putting down snake bones and ginger, boiling for 3 hours, and filtering the bones with gauze. You can also boil the snake bones with a small amount of water 1 hour, pour out the snake soup, and add water to boil for 3 times.

The practice of snake meat
