1. When cooking snail meat, fry it for at least 20 minutes to prevent dysentery and parasitic infections.

2. The snails may contain parasites and must be heated to high temperatures before they can be eaten. However, snails are cold in nature, so patients with weak spleen and stomach are best not to eat them.

3. Field snails should not be eaten with winter melon, cantaloupe, fungus and sugar, nor should they be taken with the Chinese medicine Gecko and the Western medicine oxytetracycline.

Healthy ways to eat snails:

Ingredients: 2 pounds of snails, 2-3 peppers, 5 cloves of garlic, a little perilla (according to personal preference), sugar, rice wine, soy sauce , oil, salt method:

1. First of all, you need to keep the purchased snails in clean water for at least one night, so that the muddy smell will not be so strong.

2. Wash the snails, pour out the dirty water, stir them with two to three spoons of salt, then wash them with water, and then use pliers to remove the bottom of the snails (about two threads).

5. When fried, just add rice wine and perilla, and add some water as appropriate. When it's almost ready, add some salt.

6. Just cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes, otherwise the snails will become old.
