Practice:
1. Soak dried kelp, cut it into thin strips, blanch it in boiling water, and take it out for later use.
2. Cut cabbage into shreds for later use.
3. Wash the cucumber and cut it into two pieces obliquely, and then cut it into pieces for later use.
4. Mix cabbage with kelp, coriander, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Raw materials for crispy fried diced potatoes: pork neck meat, i.e. bad head meat, potatoes, garlic knots, liqueur (i.e. rice wine), salt, soy sauce, rice wine, vinegar, dried Chili, pepper, scallion and animal oil.
Practice:
1. Cut the pork neck into small dices the size of thumb, add salt, rice wine and sweet wine to marinate for a while.

Practice:

Practice:

3. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, add black fungus and stir fry, pour in green and red pepper pieces and Pleurotus ostreatus, stir fry again, pour in oil consumption, soy sauce, a little salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry to taste, and put out the pan.
