2. When the boiling water is cooled to about 85 degrees, it is better to lift the kettle and flush it with appropriate amount of water, which has covered all the tea leaves.
3. Moistening tea buds: A little water is poured into the cup by "swirling water pouring method", and 1/4 cup is appropriate. The purpose of moistening tea buds is to make dry tea absorb water and stretch, and lay a good foundation for brewing. Shake the incense for about 30 seconds, hold the glass in your hand and gently shake the glass in one direction to make the tea wet and evenly heated.
4, with boiling water cup, pour out the water, and then put the tea, and then use the hanging pot high-impact method to inject boiling water until nine minutes full. The moist tea buds have given off a wisp of fragrance. At this moment, lift the kettle to let the water pour down, and then use the strength of your wrist to lift it up and down and fill it with water, repeatedly for three times to let the tea turn in the water.

Storage method of West Lake Longjing:
1, lime storage method
The fried Longjing tea is easy to deteriorate due to moisture, so it should be wrapped in paper in a package of 0.5 kg in time and put into a jar with massive lime (lime that has not absorbed moisture and weathered) at the bottom, sealed and collected. When stored properly, after about 0.5-1month, the aroma of Longjing tea is more fragrant, and the taste is more fresh, mellow and refreshing. Longjing tea, which is kept dry, can still maintain the quality of green, high fragrance and mellow taste after storage for one year.
2. Carbon storage method
The concrete method is similar to the storage method of quicklime, but the difference is that charcoal is used instead of quicklime as a desiccant, that is, 1 kg charcoal is put into a cloth bag and replaced every one or two months. If charcoal absorbs moisture, it should be burned red, cooled and put into cloth bags, each bag weighs about 1 kg; Take out the charcoal every month or two and dry it before use.
3, plastic bags, aluminum foil bags storage method
It is best to choose a plastic bag with a seal, thick material and high density, which is good for food. Do not use a plastic bag with flavor or remanufacture. The air in the tea bag should be squeezed out as much as possible, and it is better to use a second plastic bag to cover it in reverse. It is not suitable for sunlight after tea is filled in a transparent plastic bag. The principle of packaging tea with aluminum foil is similar to that of plastic bag. In addition, the bought tea is packaged in bags, sealed and placed in the refrigerator, and then brewed in batches, so as to reduce the chance of contact with air after tea leaves are opened and delay the occurrence of quality deterioration.
