3. Next to the front of the shrimp brain is the shrimp roe. When picking, be careful to keep the shrimp roe as much as possible;
4. Gently pull out the shrimp brain, and part of the shrimp intestines will be pulled out;
5. Cut the tail of the shrimp, leaving a little bit of the meat on the tail;
6. Squeeze the intestines of the shrimp, pinch the back of the shrimp with your index finger and thumb, and push toward the tail, the intestines will come out;
7. Clean it.
