Fresh clams are based on high-quality soybean hydrolyzed protein, extracted from fresh shrimps and scallops, and supplemented with flavoring nucleotides, amino acids, iron, phosphorus, calcium, salt and other minerals. The taste is different from ordinary cooking soy sauce (dark soy sauce, light soy sauce), with a clear and mellow seafood flavor.
You can completely use fish sauce instead. If you don’t have fish sauce, use seafood soy sauce. If you don’t have seafood soy sauce, use ordinary soy sauce.
