Stewed chicken legs with braised potatoes?
The chicken legs are soaked in water for thawing.
The soaking time depends on the thawing degree of chicken legs ~
Two potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Soak in water to precipitate starch.
Pickled chicken legs: appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce/soy sauce, a little cooking wine and a spoonful of raw flour.
Pickling time: 30 minutes (turn the chicken leg over in 15 minutes)
Hot pot-pour oil-put star anise/star anise, dried Chili and garlic cloves in the pot.
Stir-fry the chicken legs for 4-5 minutes until they are fragrant.
Put two bowls of water and stew for 30-35 minutes on medium heat.
Add potatoes 10 minutes before taking out the pot.
Depending on your taste, you can add a little sugar and bean paste to taste.

Tips
Personally, I like to cut two or three dried peppers, which makes them taste better.
You can put spicy bean paste instead of dried Chili.
If you cook for the first time, you must stew for a while. It is not easy to stew for less than 25 minutes.
