Performance content: The program of the "Forever Chagan Naoer" art concert is mainly based on the folk songs and dances performed by the County Folk Song and Dance Learning Center and Ma Touqin performances, and some domestic first-and second-line popular singers and quyi actors are invited to join in the performance.

1. Chagan Lake Genghis Khan called Naoer Festival

Specific content: According to the national custom of Guoerluos and the ancient custom of offering sacrifices to the holy ancestor Genghis Khan, the "Four Seasons Sacrifice" ceremony will be held in Genghis Khan every year, and the "Naoer Festival" in summer is the largest and most grand sacrificial activity among the "Four Seasons Sacrifice", in order to remember the holy ancestor and express the good wishes of praying for fertile water plants, favorable weather and prosperous livestock.
2. Ma Touqin Music Festival "Qin Xiang Hu Yun, Sheng Shi Huan Ge"

The first Tanabata blind date meeting in Chagan Lake and the first reading meeting of ancient and modern poems and essays of Zanlian in Chagan Lake will increase the attraction and cultural atmosphere of the scenic spot.
7. The first dragon boat race in Chagan Lake (water race stage) and the second camping conference in Chagan Lake, Jilin Province.

The Chagan Lake Tourist Service Center project is planned to be located 200 meters southwest of the exit of Chagan Lake in expressway, with a total planned investment of 300 million yuan. The main construction takes the "fat fish" of Chagan Lake as the design element, the overall layout is "fish bone", the overall spatial structure is planned to be "one axis, two streets and six nodes", and it has "ticketing consultation, distribution and transfer, ecological parking, etc."
Chagan Lake Lotus Hot Spring Water World Project is planned to be located in the wetland aquatic plant area of Chagan Lake North Botanical Garden, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. Combined with lotus planting and hot spring health, it will focus on building an ecological water park with lotus as the theme, and set up lotus stem slides, lotus leaves floating and wind lotus flowers and other entertainment activities.
The Daliao Cultural Garden Project in Tahucheng, Chagan Lake is planned to be located in Qingshantou Village, with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It will mainly package the Khitan culture, Mongolian culture and related film and television culture in Qingshantou Village, draw lessons from the mode of "Facebook performance+catering" in Sichuan, launch "Daliao story storytelling+catering", and then implant the intangible cultural inheritance and performance activities such as Aobao Meeting, Tianzhu Ma Touqin, Humai and Mongolian wedding to build a project.
The last fishing and hunting tribe project in Chagan Lake is planned to be located in the farm of Chagan Lake, with a total investment of 300 million yuan. It is mainly based on the village in the farm, combined with the surrounding fishing boat docks, lotus ponds and other resources to build high-quality fishing and hunting tribes, including fish street, fishing and hunting homestay, fishing restaurant, fishing and hunting dock, leader, horseshoe shop, tofu shop, mill, powder shop, blacksmith shop and so on.
