Grading standards for fresh shiitake mushrooms:
Thick mushrooms: round mushroom shape, thick and spherical cap, 4 to 5 cm in diameter, neat and milky gills, and 2-foot stem Within centimeters, no odor, no pests or diseases.
Thin mushrooms:
