Steps
1. Prepare materials: 300g of green radish, 50g of carrot, 30g of green onion
2. Wash the green radish and carrot separately and insert them into julienne strips with the inserted vegetable plate, and chop the green onion into minced pieces and set aside.
3. Crack an egg into a bowl, add seasonings, minced scallions, fine salt, and gently stir.
4. Then add the flour and stir.
5. Stir well to form a batter.
6. Pour the batter into the electric cake pan, and use a spatula to make the batter as round as possible.
7. Flip the batter when it is lightly browned and continue frying the other side.
8. When both sides are fried, garnish with sliced carrot flowers and serve.
