Duck body shape is full, the whole body is even jujube red, shiny and moist, pleasing to the eye. With lotus leaf cake, onion and sauce, it is delicious and mellow, with endless aftertaste. The old shop is at the front door, and the biggest shop is at Heping Gate.
Second, the cheap square. Founded in 14 16 (14th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty), it is a representative of braised roast duck. Its characteristics are crisp skin, plump meat layer, white and tender meat, oily but not greasy, and delicious taste. The old shop is located in Hadmen.
These are the two time-honored roast duck restaurants in Beijing, and there are some famous roast duck restaurants, but they were basically opened after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
1. Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant, established in 1985, with high-end orientation, and its head office is located at the mouth of Tuanjie Lake in Chaoyang District.
2. Liqun Roast Duck Restaurant was founded by Quanjude's chef Zhang Liqun on 1992, and the store is located in Qianmen East Street.
