Ingredients: wax gourd 250g, shrimp 100g, onion 1, a little pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, chicken essence 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, 2 spoons of salt and starch.
Fried shrimps with wax gourd;
1, peel the melon and cut into pieces.
2. Wash and drain the shrimps.
3. Pour the shrimps into a bowl, then add a little cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and starch and mix well.
4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water, blanch the wax gourd slices until they are seven-cooked, and take them out.

Tip: Before frying shrimps, be sure to marinate them first, and then stir-fry them over high fire, so that the shrimps taste better. Fried wax gourd will produce moisture, so blanching before frying is not only more tasty, but also won't produce too much moisture.
