Main Ingredients: 4 hairy crabs, rice cakes.
Accessories: minced ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, flour, green onion, butter, sugar.
Steps:
1, hairy crabs cleaned with a brush.
2. Cut the hairy crab into two halves.
3, the butter is hot, hairy crab cut side coated with flour into the pan and fried until golden brown spare.
