Exercise:
1. Pour the barbecued pork sauce and oyster sauce into the dish, add about 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine and stir well.
2. Pour in chicken wings and chicken legs, add a small amount of soy sauce, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder, spiced powder and Chili powder, and stir well to make each chicken wing and chicken leg stick with seasoning.
