Accessories: fresh lemon, rock sugar and white sugar.
Exercise:
1. Peel carrots, cut them into pieces, steam them thoroughly in a pot, then mash them with a cooking machine, add crystal sugar, stir them evenly and cool them thoroughly (about 1 hour).
2. Pour it back into the pot, add sugar and continue to cook to the right concentration. You need to keep stirring in the middle and add lemon juice.
3. Continue to simmer until it is thick, add sugar and stir while boiling, completely cool, put it into sterile anhydrous and oil-free glass bottles, and then put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
Bottles containing jam must be clean, dry, oil-free and water-free.
Blanch with boiling water before use, or steam for a few minutes, and then dry for later use.
When eating jam, please use a clean spoon, too. Don't touch water or oil.
