Methods
1. Rinse the rice in advance, and soak it in water for one hour. Thinly slice the beef and flavor it with the marinade for ten minutes
2. Once the preparation is complete, grease the bottom of the casserole dish and around the interior with a layer of vegetable oil
3. Pour the soaked rice into the casserole dish, taking care that the water is slightly less than you would normally steaming the rice
4. Simmer on a medium-low heat for six minutes
5. After opening the lid of the casserole dish, if you see that the rice is beginning to curdle, stir it a couple of times with a spoon to stir it a few times
6. Spread the marinated beef evenly over the rice and continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes
7. When you see that the beef has browned, crack an egg. Then turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes
8. When the egg is half-cooked, pour seasoning
9. Stir and serve
Note
1. The cooking time of rice should be adjusted according to the heat level, the size of the pot and the portion of rice. Keep watch at all times. When the heat is too high, or when the oil at the bottom is too little, it is easy to paste the pot.
2. Cutting beef should be against its grain, so that the beef cut out is tender and easy to chew.
3. Soak the rice in advance to shorten the cooking time, so that it is not easy to paste the pan.
4. Because the rice has been absorbed in advance of the water, so the water should be added less when cooking rice. After the rice is cooked, there is then add soy sauce and other seasonings, if you add more water, it will be too wet, the texture deteriorated.
5. If you do the traditional bologna rice, you can slice the bacon, salami sectioned yard in the rice, late no longer add another sesame oil, the rest of the steps are the same.
