Cut the pork into large slices (it will be better if it is slightly frozen)

Place the chopped bean paste, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and the pork into a bowl and let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour the rice flour into the meat, add a moderate amount of water, stir, so that each piece of meat is coated with rice flour, and let the rice flour and meat to absorb some water to stand aside
