Can be eaten directly. If you think the salty taste is not good, you can use soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger juice (deodorized), monosodium glutamate and sesame oil to make juice and pour it on the beef (sheep) slices.
There is also the direct cutting of cattle (sheep) into pieces or small pieces and adding them to hot cakes (steamed bread) for direct consumption, which is also delicious.
