Ingredients: 250g pork belly, 50g soybean.
Seasoning: 1 tbsp cooking wine, moderate amount of light soy sauce, 1~2 tbsp yuanzhen sugar, 2 tbsp four seasons sauce.

1. Prepare materials.
2. Fry the soybeans in a dry pan until they bounce and crack a little.
3. Wash and soak the fried soybeans in water, and cut the pork into large pieces.
4. Marinate pork with soy sauce and cooking wine 10 minutes or so.
5. Put the seasoned pork into the dry pot without oil.
6. add soybeans.
7. Add the right amount of water, probably without meat.
8. Put 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, and add more sugar if you like sweet.
9. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook until the pork is soft enough or simmer until the juice is collected.
