Milk (preferably high in cream) 750ml
Egg yolk
One egg yolk
Cinnamon 5g
Sugar to taste
Salt
Pinch of sea salt
How to make Rice Pudding ?
Wash the rice, add milk and cook it in a pot. I use a glass stove, medium heat for 20 minutes, then add sugar and cinnamon, cook until the milk becomes thick and the rice is full, turn off the heat and add the beaten egg yolks. It tastes best when refrigerated!
Tips
Cooked rice can reduce the amount of milk, raw rice can also be slightly cooked with water before adding milk, the same can reduce the cooking time.
