According to the legend, when the wooden bridge was built in Hengshui during the Ming Jiajing period, there was a "Deyuanchong" hotel in the city, which was very famous, and the craftsmen who built the bridge often came here to gather and drink, and praised it after drinking, saying, "It's really clean, and it's good to dry. After the name: "Lao Bai Gan".
