Crispy rice can be fried or baked.
Ingredients: 1 large bowl of rice
Accessories: appropriate amount of allspice and salt
1. Add salt and allspice to the rice.
2. Then mix well.
3. Put it into a plastic bag and knead the rice into dough.
4. Take small pieces and roll them into small rounds.
5. Flatten it with your hands, the thinner the better
6. After everything is done, heat the oil in the pot, put the rice balls in and fry.
7. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain.
