Short Mushroom and Vermicelli Casserole
Ingredients:
Short Mushroom, Shrimp, Vermicelli, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Soy Sauce, Oil, White Wine
Steps:
1. Put the Vermicelli into clean water and soak it for 15 minutes, until it becomes soft. If you want to soften the vermicelli as soon as possible, you can soak them in warm water.
2. Mince ginger, garlic and green onion, and slice red chili.
3. Heat a skillet with oil, add ginger and garlic and sauté. Add shrimp until they start to turn red.
4. Add the vermicelli to the pan, then place the shrimp and mushrooms on top.
5. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and water.
6. Finally, heat it for 5 minutes, sprinkle chopped green onion and chili pepper on it and you can eat it.
Short Mushroom and Pork Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
Short Mushrooms, Noodles, Pork, Scallions, Soy Sauce, Oil
Steps:
1. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms for 1-2 hours in clean water, and drain the water from the mushrooms after softening.
2. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips, mince the pork, and chop the scallions and set aside.
3. Cook the noodles in water and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a hot pan, add pork and saute for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add green onions, mushrooms and soy sauce and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
6. Finally, add the noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms
Ingredients:
Shiitake mushrooms, pork, carrots, scallions, salt, sugar, oil
Steps:
1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the tips.
2. Dice the carrots and chop the scallions.
3. Mince pork, add carrots, scallions, salt and sugar, and mix well.
4. Stuff the pork filling into the mushrooms.
5. Stuffed mushrooms can be fried or steamed under water.
