Materials (9 inches)
Crust: 120g high gluten flour, 80g milk, 5g olive oil, 10g sugar, 2g yeast.
Filling: two pieces of durian pulp, 100g mozzarella cheese. Steps
1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil in the crust, knead until smooth, then add olive oil, knead well and let ferment in a warm place until double in size.
2. Remove the dough from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before rolling it out into a nice sized crust. Spread the dough on an olive oiled pizza pan. Shape the crust with your hands to make it an even thickness, and then poke holes in the crust with a fork.
3. Open the durian and take out two pieces of pulp.
4. Dice the mozzarella cheese.
5. Remove the core of the durian and flatten it with a plastic bag or beat it with a blender.
6. Spread a little mozzarella on the crust.
7. Spread a thick layer of durian pulp.
8. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on top.
9. Place in a preheated oven at 205 degrees for about 15 minutes.
10. Until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is browned.
