The mullet head is characterized by a short front and a long, layered back that looks like a mullet tail from the back. While the wolf tail is similar to the mullet head, but the sides of the hair, i.e., the sideburns part, are very short, the back of the hair is cut into a jagged shape with an articulated transition area, and that part of the hair is also particularly thick and layered, like a wolf tail.
