Usually, you must have some sauerkraut with your rice porridge or noodles. I used to like to buy canned sauerkraut, but my parents always said it contained preservatives and was bad for your health. I happened to have a lot of radishes at home, so I made my own. I made spicy and sour shredded radish, so I discovered a new world. I made it three times in a row and all was eaten.
Step 1: Cut the radish into shreds, add salt to force out the moisture in the radish
Step 2: Prepare the seasoning. Just the right amount of chili powder, right amount of minced garlic, and right amount of sesame seeds. (Anyway, it just depends on your mood, hahaha). Add a spoonful of sugar and some salt. (You can taste the radish after pickling, and if it is salty, drain it with water)
Step 3: Heat the oil. When it smokes, you can pour the oil in. It is super fragrant! !
Step 4: Add one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoons of vinegar, and two spoons of light soy sauce to the chili oil. (In fact, it can be adjusted according to the approximate proportion)
Step 5: Add coriander and millet pepper to the radish. Coriander can be added according to preference
Step 6: Stir, stir, stir! Mix the seasoning and radish together
Then put it in a sealed box and put it in the refrigerator overnight and it will be super delicious. Except cutting shredded radish is really troublesome, everything else is fine
