Method for making kelp fried shredded pork
Soak kelp in warm water until the salinity is moderate, take it out and cut it into strips for later use.
Cut pork tenderloin into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add salad oil, soy sauce and starch, stir well and marinate for a while.
