Exercise:
1, flour, eggs, corn flour, sweet potato starch and warm water are mixed and kneaded into smooth dough, and then covered with plastic wrap for proofing for more than 20 minutes.
2. Wash and shred sweet peppers, wash and shred sharp peppers, wash and shred green onions, and wash and shred tomatoes for later use.

8. Add noodles and scrambled eggs, then add all the seasonings and stir well to enjoy.
