Materials:
Porphyra head, soybean, garlic, star anise, salt, olive oil and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Soak the soybeans in advance and cook them for later use.
2. Peel the laver head, wash it and cut it into filaments.
3. Slice garlic 1 petal, and chop the other two petals.
4. Pour the olive oil into the wok, and heat the garlic slices and star anise.
5. Pour in shredded seaweed and stir fry for a while. Add soybeans and stir fry.
6. Add a proper amount of water to boil, then turn to low heat and cook until the soup gradually dries.
7. Add salt and stir well, then add a little sugar to refresh, and finally add minced garlic and stir fry.
Second, cold seaweed head
Materials:
Porphyra head, salt, cooked sesame, pepper oil, Chili oil, chicken essence, sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Peel and shred the head of laver.
