Ingredients: 2 bitter melons, 50g day lily, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Practice: After soaking the day lily in warm water, wash it for later use. Wash bitter gourd, cut it in half, remove seeds, cut it into small pieces, blanch it with boiling water and let it cool. Put the day lily and bitter gourd together in a large bowl, add salt and monosodium glutamate, and steam for 10 minute.
Bitter gourd beef
Ingredients: beef, bitter gourd, Chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and starch.
Practice: Wash and slice beef, and marinate with starch, soy sauce and peanut oil for 15 minutes; Wash bitter gourd and cut into pieces. Blanch bitter gourd and put it on a plate. Scrambled eggs with bitter gourd
Ingredients: bitter gourd, eggs, raisins, salt.
