Proper amount of salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Raw flour 1 spoon
4 tablespoons of oil
How to make spicy chicken wings?
Pour the chicken wings into a pot of boiling water to blanch the blood, remove and drain the water when foaming, and dry the water with a kitchen paper towel if possible.
Marinate chicken wings. Add soy sauce, salt and cornflour to the cooked chicken wings in a large bowl. The longer the marinating time, the better the taste. Generally, I marinate them for 10 minute at most.
Chop garlic and ginger into pieces. At this time, you can do something else and wait for the chicken wings to marinate.
Pour the oil into the pot, until the oil is cooked to 7%, and fry the chicken wings in the pot one by one until both sides are brown.
Take out the fried chicken wings. Don't pour the remaining oil in the pot. Pour the garlic and ginger into the pot and fry until fragrant. Add 2 spoonfuls of dried Chili powder and season with salt.
Pour in the fried chicken wings and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in a little soy sauce, add 2 spoonfuls of water, cover the pot and stew for one minute. This step is optional. I like this step because stewing chicken wings is more delicious and less hot.
