Prepare ingredients:
Pumpkin 100g, flour 300g, yeast 3g, sugar 5g, and appropriate amount of red bean paste.
Steps:
1 Peel and steam the pumpkin in advance.
2. Stir the pumpkin steamed with flour, yeast and white sugar evenly, add appropriate amount of milk, knead it into smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and wake it up until there is obvious honeycomb surface, and the fermentation is completed (the current room temperature is about 3 hours).
3. Fully knead the fermented dough, exhaust it, divide it into even dough, roll it into a cake with a thick middle and thin sides, and wrap it in the red bean paste prepared in advance (there is a detailed course on stewing beans in the red bean steamed bread). Close the mouth, tighten it down, reunite and press it out into a pumpkin shape with a toothpick.
4 Tidy up the shape 10 minutes or so, steam in cold water for 20 minutes, and you can go out.
