Practice: put the chopped red pepper into a clean and waterless bowl, add garlic, ginger and edible salt (appropriate amount), then boil the oil, then slowly pour it into the bowl with chopped red pepper and stir it quickly with chopsticks, otherwise it will turn black. Mixing to obtain the final product.
