Fresh fish and live abalone

Add onion, ginger and cooking wine to scallops and soak them in a little water for 20 minutes. First, wash the bones, pig's trotters and chicken bones with clean water. Put it in a casserole, add the soaked scallops, fill the soup pot with water, add onion, ginger and wine seasoning and boil it into a thick white soup, which takes about 4-6 hours.

Boil the soup, peel the pumpkin, steam it, and mash it in a cooking machine for use.

Shelling abalone with a knife, removing intestines and impurities from abalone, cleaning, and soaking in onion, ginger and cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Boil the water in the pot and add the marinated abalone for half a minute.

Take the bones, chicken bones and pig's trotters out of the casserole, leaving only thick soup, adding washed yellow rice and cooking into porridge, which takes about half an hour. For the sake of health, I don't prepare monosodium glutamate at home. In fact, this thick soup is very fresh after stewing, so I only added a little salt to taste it.
