Life has been in the world for decades, and one day we will send away the closest people around us, and we often miss the last side.
Regret, heartache, unforgettable, if you can come back early to say goodbye, how good it would be?
1. When I met my mother, my father left peacefully. My father passed away at 8: 35 pm on February 12, 2020, at the age of 78.
My father has always been confident in his health. I have repeatedly advised him to keep warm and pay attention to his health, but he doesn't care. He had never been in the hospital before he was diagnosed with cancer.
/kloc-in June of 0/8, my father was obviously emaciated, so I insisted on taking him to the hospital for examination, and as a result, I was diagnosed with advanced esophageal cancer. Fortunately, my father's foundation is good, and he recovered quickly after operation. During the period from August 20 18 to August 2020 1 month, except for some emaciation and diarrhea, his life was still relatively quality.
In 2020 1 month, my father suffered from chest tightness, shortness of breath, weakness in legs and feet, waist pain, and no appetite. After a CT scan, he had systemic metastasis.
After communicating with the doctor, we thought it better not to tell him the truth. The attending physician told him: Father, CT showed lung inflammation and osteoporosis. My father believed it, and his health improved after a few days in hospital.
Because the Chinese New Year is approaching, my father has always wanted to leave the hospital early: "There is no problem with the examination. I just need to recuperate well when I go home, and I am flustered in the hospital." I consulted the doctor, and the doctor said that I should try my best to satisfy the patient's wishes, so I was discharged from the hospital and went home that day.
"It's probably around the Spring Festival," the doctor told me.
On February 1 1, my father volunteered to be hospitalized, and I felt bad. At that time, my father was already evil, skinny and his temples were sunken. 1 1 to 12 was awake at 2 o'clock. From about 2 o'clock, my father's hand kept grabbing into the air, constantly lifting the quilt, and his eyes were wide open.
My parents are very loving and my father dotes on her. I know that my father must want to see his mother. However, my mother is a little superstitious. She heard that "you can't watch your husband leave", otherwise you can't meet underground in the future, so she went home.
I called to tell her about her father, and finally she decided to come over. When she arrived at the hospital, she said at her father's bedside, "I'm coming, don't worry, I'll be fine, and you've been dragging it around, so go well." Soon, my father's eyes closed and he was in a very peaceful coma.
I always thought that my father would "shine", get up and tell me something, and then he left peacefully. It's lucky to think about it. He walked so peacefully as if he were asleep.
Second, what is the process of dying? Dying, also known as dying, refers to the time when the main organs of the human body tend to fail, there is still no hope of survival after active treatment, and life activities are about to end. Dying is a part of death in principle, but there may be "miracles", so it does not belong to death.
With the deepening of research, medicine found that all tissues and cells of the body do not die at the same time, and death is a continuous process, which is divided into dying period, clinical death period and biological death period.
Dying period
Also known as the state of dying, it refers to a period when the body's function is seriously impaired, and the function of the central nervous system and the brain stem is deeply inhibited.
Depending on the cause of death, the length of the dying period is different, such as neck amputation and heart trauma, and it can directly enter the clinical death period without dying. Those who die of chronic diseases have a long dying period, which can reach several hours or days.
Clinical death period
It developed from the dying stage, and the damage inhibition of the central nervous system has spread from the cerebral cortex to the subcutaneous and brain stem parts. Breathing and heartbeat have completely stopped, blood circulation has been interrupted, pupils have dilated, and various physiological reflexes have disappeared. During this period, although the patient's breathing and heartbeat stopped, the brain function has not changed irreversibly, and various tissues and cells still have weak and short-lived metabolic activities.
Biological death period
Refers to the death of all tissues and cells in the whole body, which is the last stage of the death process. The metabolism of the whole central nervous system and organs stops and irreversible changes occur. All tissues and cells have died, and it is impossible for the body to revive.
Third, before dying, will there be a dead light? The word "back to the light" originated from "Five Lights Meeting Yuan Dao Wipe the Zen Master", which originally meant "self-reflection" and was first extended to "temporary activity before things disappear". For example, a comatose patient suddenly wakes up and can even eat and talk, giving people a feeling of "relief", but then dies quickly.
Do all people have a "dead light" before they die? Science interprets it as: caused by hormones secreted by adrenal glands.
When people are on the verge, the cerebral cortex will instruct the adrenal cortex and medulla to secrete many hormones, which can mobilize all positive factors of the whole body, make the patient turn from coma to lucidity, and give people the illusion of "improvement". However, the good times did not last long. After the residual chemical energy in the body was released in a concentrated way, all organs "ran out of oil" and the journey of life ended.
When a person is near death, his body may show the following manifestations. At this time, spend more time with them and let the patient leave with love.
dysphagia
The patient's digestive function has been lost, the central nervous system has been seriously damaged, even the basic speech and swallowing functions have been blocked, and his body has become thinner. But dying people often don't feel hungry. On the contrary, dehydration and lack of nutrition will cause ketone body accumulation, which will produce "analgesic effect" and make patients extremely happy.
Cold skin
The blood volume in the surrounding circulation drops sharply, and the patient's skin is wet and cold, and it feels cool. At this time, don't think that the patient is cold and cover him with bedding. On the contrary, covering the bedding will make the dying patient feel too heavy and unbearable.
3。 Dying larynx
With the approach of death, the patient's oral muscles become flabby. When breathing, secretions accumulated in the throat or lungs will make a noise, but sputum aspiration with an aspirator often fails and brings more pain to the patient. At this point, the patient's body should be turned to one side, the headrest should be higher, or drugs should be used to reduce respiratory secretion.
Confusion of consciousness
Brain dysfunction, self-consciousness, unconsciousness, sometimes anxiety, abnormal excitement, "talking nonsense", and even showing a very scared look. But these are "normal phenomena" of natural death. Dehydration and lack of water will lead to electrolyte metabolism disorder and cause neurological and mental dysfunction in the brain.
Although people always die, they will certainly feel our companionship and concern in the last time of their loved ones. Say "goodbye" when you have the chance, and don't leave any regrets for yourself.
