Ingredients: carrot 200g, shrimp 200g, ginger 5g, garlic 5g, onion 5g, peanut oil 25ml, salt and water.
Practice:
(1) Wash the radish and shred it, and wash the shrimp and control the water for later use;
(2) Put oil in a hot pot and add a little onion, ginger and garlic to the wok;
(3) Add shrimps and stir-fry until the shrimps turn red;
(4) Add shredded radish, the remaining onion, ginger, garlic and salt;
(5) stir-fry until the shredded radish is broken;
(6) Add a proper amount of clear water, stir well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the fire and serve.
2. Crispy shrimp
Ingredients: shrimp 1 kg, half a catty of starch, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of pepper powder, 5g of salt and 5 teaspoons of oil.
Practice:
(1) Wash shrimps, add proper amount of salt and simmer with pepper powder for 10 minutes.
(2) During the period, prepare an egg, break it up and stir it evenly, and add starch to continue to stir it evenly, so that such small shrimps will not be fried one by one. Simply pour the egg paste into the shrimps or stir it evenly for later use.
(3) Add shrimps into the pot three times after a proper amount of oil is heated, and slide with a colander from time to time to prevent adhesion. When the shrimps turn golden, they can be taken out, and the oil is controlled to fill the plate.
