Rice cooker version of ribs winter melon soup practice ?
Spare ribs over hot water to wash, add green onion slices ginger
Add cold water, no more than the spare ribs (like soup can be added more) rice cooker open to the cook button
Water boiling stew for 40 minutes, add the winter melon mushrooms and then simmer for another 20 minutes, out of the pot before the first 10 minutes to add the right amount of salt.
