Braised eggplant
Ingredients: eggplant
Sauce: two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of starch, half a spoon of sugar, and half a bowl of water. Stir well and set aside
Method:
① Cut the eggplant into cubes and add two spoons of starch and mix well
② Heat the oil and stir-fry the eggplant until soft, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
p>③Add red and green peppers and stir-fry evenly and pour the sauce
④Stir-fry until the juice is reduced
