Bohu Tang
Tang Bohu is the first and most famous of the four gifted scholars. Tang Bohu was not only brilliant, but also the most handsome man in Jiangnan at that time. His home is in Jincheng, Shanxi. In his works, you can see the words Jinchang Tang Yin. The economic center moved south in the Northern Song Dynasty, and the Tang Bohu family moved south in the Song Dynasty.
Tang Bohu has been very clever since he was a child. His father saw that he was a workable material and sent him to school. At the age of sixteen, Tang Bohu went to Beijing as a scholar to catch the exam. Three years after returning to China, he married his wife. When Tang Bohu was twenty years old, his family changed, his parents died and his wife died, but he didn't give up the exam. He won the imperial examination again. Tang Bohu is also a talented person. His paintings are very famous. It is said that the most expensive painting in Tang Bohu is 654.38+000 billion. Although this is only a legend, his paintings are really expensive.
Zhu Zhishan
Zhu Zhishan (1460- 1526), whose real name is Xizhe, was named Shan Zhi because his left hand had six fingers at birth, and was also called "Zhu Zhishan" and "Zhu Jingzhao". At the age of five, Zhu Zhishan could grind and write. At the age of nine, he was able to recite poems. He has a high literary attainments. Zhongju was appointed magistrate of a county, and was later sentenced. The following year, Zhu Zhishan was seriously ill. He passed away soon.
Wen huiming
Wen Huiming is from Suzhou, Jiangsu. He is a famous layman in Hengshan. He likes reading and painting since he was a child. However, it was really rough for him to go to Beijing to take the exam. From the age of 26 to 54, Wen Huiming has not been on the list for 28 years. He was recommended to be an official after he was 54 years old. After he became an official, he felt that the officialdom was too corrupt and retired to his hometown.
Xu Zhenqing
Xu Zhenqing and Wen Huiming are very close, both in Suzhou, Jiangsu. When Xu Zhenqing was very young, a master taught him to read and practice calligraphy. His calligraphy is a must in the south of the Yangtze River, and his calligraphy interpretation is the first of the four great talents. Among the four gifted scholars, Xu Zhenqing died the earliest. He died in the capital at the age of 33, leaving many excellent works.
