Before soaking dodder in water and drinking it, you need to perform the following operations:
1. Choose good dodder, preferably organic and pollution-free.
2. Clean the dodder and remove impurities and dust attached to the surface of the dodder.
3. Put the washed dodder into the water. Generally speaking, water should be room temperature or lukewarm. If urgently needed, you can also soak it in boiling water.
4. The soaking time should not be too long. If you use room temperature water to soak, it usually takes about 15 minutes. If you use boiling water, the time can be less.
5. After soaking, you can drink water directly, or add an appropriate amount of honey, wolfberry and other ingredients for seasoning.
Notes:
1. Cuscuta has a certain degree of toxicity and should not be abused.
2. Cuscuta is contraindicated for children, pregnant women and the infirm.
3. Do not use dodder and alcohol at the same time.
