2. If you want to make corn crystal dumplings, it's best to cook the corn until it's medium-cooked, then chop it into jade, cut it into anger, and put it in the ancient sewing machine for later use.
3. If you chop ginger and add it to jiaozi, the stuffing will be very bad, so you must make ginger juice. The specific method is to chop ginger, put it in a container that can withstand heavy pressure, first press it down with a wooden stick to make ginger paste, then add a little water and continue to press it to make ginger juice.
4. Onions can still be wrapped in jiaozi, that is, chopped up and pressed with ginger.
5. After filtering, it is ginger and onion juice, which is about 3/4 bowl of ordinary rice bowl.
