Ingredients: 400 grams of cantaloupe (about 1/2), 1 tablespoon of cantaloupe juice, 1 vegetarian chicken (white)
1/3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil 1 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp
How to stir-fry vegetarian chicken with cantaloupe:
(1) Wash the cantaloupe and cut it into pieces, remove the seeds and skin, and cut into about 1 centimeter thick, use a model to print out the pattern, then take 1 tablespoon of cantaloupe juice and set aside.
(2) Slice the white vegetarian chicken, stir in seasonings, marinate for 10 minutes and set aside.
(3) Heat the pan, add a little oil, then put the vegetarian chicken slices one by one into the pan, fry both sides until cooked, then add the cantaloupe flowers and cantaloupe juice and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat and put it on a plate.
(4) Peel the cantaloupe slices and carve them into flower shapes, place them on the edge of the plate for decoration.
